Sorry for the last minute, but this just all came together.
Tomorrow, Sunday 11/06 we'll be meeting in Concord. Ma. for a walk around the historic Walden Pond and then continuing on to Westford, Ma. for Ice Cream at Kimball's Farm.
To meet us at Walden Pond at 10 AM:
Go RT 128 to RT 2 West
Follow RT 2 West until you get to RT 126. Turn Right on RT 126 and we'll be parked right there.
If you just want to go for the Ice Cream, meet us at Kimball's Farms at noon. Go RT 2 West to the Concord rotary then RT 2A West (for 7 miles) to Littleton Common then turn right on RT 110 towards Westford and go 1 mile.
Their website is:
http://www.kimballfarm.com/index.html
On that site they have several locations, but this is the one in Westford, Ma.

Wes, so far who is going? I know Dino and Sue, you, me and Kirsten and maybe Austin and George.
What a great thing to have happen plan a little trip north just to see some foliage and walk around Walden Pond and it turns into a T-bird mini gathering.
For those who don't know about walden Pond here is a link:

Bruce,
So far:
Austin & Deb
Dino & Susan
You & Kirsten
Barbara
maybe George & Jan
I emailed and PMed everyone I could think of within a 100 mile radius. Hope they check their emails on the weekends.
I also hope everyone understands that if they don't want to do the walking around the pond thing at 10 AM, they can just show up at Kimball's Farm in Westford at noon and enjoy some ice cream and some T Bird talk.
Hope to see as many people as we can get up there,
Wes

Sounds good Wes. According to the weather report we are in for some fine 60s weather until evening.

Yo Wes, and anyone else in this group. Put me on your email list. Had I known, I'd have been there. I was stuck in the house doing a plumbing chore. Whould have rather been at Walden Pond. Ncaliendo@adelphia.net

Nick,
I've added your email address to our registry. Sorry for the oversight, we'll see you in Fitchburg next April.

Dino, Susan, Bruce, and Kirsten,
Had a great time today walking around Concord battlegrounds and Walden Pond even though the heavy mist got the cars all wet.
Nick,
This was a last minute decision to get together, but I did email you yesterday through the email link in your profile. If you didn't get it then you should check your email settings under the control panel to make sure that you can recieve emails from other TBN members. I have your address in my address book now.

Wes, Bruce & Kirsten,
It was a real treat to see you guys again before the winter sets in. Even though the cars got a little wet, it was worth the trip!!
Of course, we were not home even 5 minutes and I was washing the car. I think thats only the 3rd time in three years!!!!
Take care,
Dino & Susan

...............and as we approach home typical to NE the sun came out. It was nice to have a day together no matter what the weather. The company, the history and the ice cream made for a terrific day.

Glad you had fun! Didn't dare make the trip with the darn engine light still on. Any pics?

Barbara,
The weather yesterday wasn't really condusive to "Kodak Moments".
Dino told me that the engine light usually stays on even if the condition that caused it goes away and that the light can only be cleared by the mechanic....so your car may not be having a problem now, but you can't tell until the mechanic looks at it.

Hey Wes,
You're right about the weather....they really missed on the weekend.
I see someone else had a "false" overheat, caused by a stuck thermostat. I'll keep an eye on it. The manual said the engine light should disappear after 3 driving cycles....but it hasn't. That's two problems in less than a month....I'm not happy. My mechanic at Colonial has a code reader he used last month and saved me the $85 diagnostic fee at the Ford dealership. Will that reset the computer?

Guess i need to pay more attention to my computer at home. Took the bride on a shopping trip. The bird stayed home. Hope everyone had a good time.

Was hoping to just show up and meet some other New Englanders, but the day got away from me. I did spend Saturday lavishing lots of attention (and wax) on my new baby. Looking forward to meeting some of you at the next event.

Glad to see most of you made it and had a good time. Sorry Jan and I couldn't be there - We had to close up the summer place while it was still half way decent weather.
