January 2006 Thunderbird of the Month Submissions

Happy New Year Everyone! (seems a little early but it's time to post those pictures for 2006)

Rules:

Start now - Here's the rules : First 10 photos submitted.

- Submissions open now thru Friday, December 23, or when first 10 photos submitted (whichever comes first).
- First 10 people to enter a picture of their Thunderbird get to participate.
- Must Be a Member
- Must have a gallery with 3 or more photos
- Picture entered must be in your gallery (exceptions can be made but you need permission from me)
- Cannot be a previous winner (until further notice)
- One photo per member
- Photo must be by owner (this is new - and I don't know how to enforce it but professional photos have their time & place - see below)

The August, Sept, Oct, Dec, Jan, Feb, April, May & June contests will be for anyone who has not won before and is not a professional photographer.

November, March and July contests will be reserved for Past Winners and professional photos.

We all look forward to seeing your entries; please don't be shy.

To the contestants, I am withdrawing my entry for January 2006 TOTM.

However I will post to my gallery in the meantime so that I may enter future TOTM contests

Dot, I know I have interpreted the rules a bit different then they are ment.
Forgive me. But these Birds are mine. I would love to go out and make some nice images of the real thing, but the weather is hopeless here.
So, If this is not a valid entry, just skip it. :bouncy:

:tightspot Sorry, Frits, I think that's probably stretching the rule a bit too far :rolleyes: especially when you have a photo in your gallery that would really fit the spot.

I must say congratulations to Steve Legel for his winning contribution. I know that there is another 2 days to vote however I will be off on holidays and may not get a chance to pass on the message. I think all the photos were great and I want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year. My new years resolution is to take more pictures and enjoy life.

Yellow was my second choice when picking colors for my Thunderbird. I chose the white and by brother ended up with the yellow.
