:nervous:Something funny happened to me a couple of days ago. I started up the Thunderbird and left it running (since it hadn't been started in over a week) while I proceeded to do some spot cleaning of the car. I put the top down, then got a phone call and spent several minutes on the phone, as my car sat in the sun in 95 degree weather, the motor continued to run. for at least 15-20 minutes. I had an appointment to get to, so I jumped into the drivers seat of the Tbird and almost jumped out just as quickly. It seems that I had accidentally switched on the heated seat to the "high" position.:cussing:
Not only had the sun heated the seats to an uncomfortable temperature, but the seat heater was adding even more unpleasantness to the situation. :nuts:
I realize that I could have switched vehicles, but driving the Thunderbird is such a treat!:lol:

Here's the "Hot Seat"... the red color of the seat is about how hot it actually felt!:flamingdevil:

It was a VERY uncomfortable drive to my meeting... the seat didn't cool for at least an hour. I think that I had burn stripes on my skin!:shocked:

Tim;
Since the seats have the Thunderbird logo on the back did you get branded and now have a Thunderbird Brand on your back?:lol: Just think what it would look like if there was a Bird logo on the seat portion?:cul:
