New Bird Owner in South Texas

Good afternoon! I posted this orginally under new members and was told about the Texas Chapter - looking for some info. I have finally realized my dream and bought a 2002 Thunderbird Blue baby with matching hardtop! I am looking for any car clubs in South Texas (San Antonio, Austin, Corpus area). We would like to know about a car rally in the area. I am excited to meet any TB Texans.

I hope you'll consider attending Qzark Thunder.

There hasn't been a Meet and Greet in either Houston, Austin, or San Antonio, to my knowledge. We do have members in each area that check in here often.

I hope to get something going in Houston when my son is there full time for treatment. I don't think I'll be in my Bird, though. We have a few active members in that area.

There are plans for a Welcome Home event in honor of our member, Scott, who is in Iraq, sometime in Spring of 2008. Keep watching for information as the time draws closer! It will most likely be in the
TX Hill Country.
