It`s a pleasure to join all of you and be in such nice company. Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 03 130-A here in Miami for a good price. When I was a teenager, I talked my dad into buying a used 1956 Bird. Long time ago. It lasted a few years then he sold it. My love for the Tbird remained. After waiting about 40yrs, I got my chance to buy one. I am very pleased. It`s covered and garaged and I drive it nice-n-easy. About the only things I will add to it is the fiberglass tonneau cover from power sports and the fender skirts from Kustomotive. I would love to add Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels but they are not made, and if they were, they wouldn`t fit with the calipers. Any way, I am sure I will be talking with some of you in the future. Oh,Roger 2kxlt, thanks for the warm welcome.

My best Reg

I have been searching for kelsey hayes like wire wheels for my 2003 bird. I have found that Dayton, who made Henry Fords first wheels, does make a wire wheel especially for the new bird. It is the Classic III direct bolt on.

Reg,
Welcome aboard, you've found a home for everything you ever wanted to know about your car. I haven't been here long myself but I can say that the folks that visit the site have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to help in anyway they can.

reg; get ready to take a drink for the firehose of t-bird knowledge here at the nest. My signature seeeez it all. There is a word of caution however, there is this one character you might have to deal with. I will not mention his name but his initials are davida.....
