Another Happy Ending

We received the joyous news today that our grand daughter Jackie is free of bone cancer. It has taken almost a year since the original diagnosis and that is exactly what the physicians told us. Jackie had to have her scapula removed and many months of chemo before and after the surgery. She has been a little trooper throughout the ordeal and as I wrote once before, your prayers gave her the courage she needed to see this thing through. She was able to attend the last day of school and of course you can just imagin how that went. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses at Pittsburgh Childrens Hospital for their excellent care. Many thanks to all of you who put her in your thoughts and prayers. And All Glory to God for letting us keep our granddaughter.

Thank God she did so well!!! If I remember, was her name Jacqline? She is a real trooper. And shortly, at her age, she will push it all aside and be out there playing with all her little friends, as if nothing was ever wrong. Thank god children are so resillente.
