Love my new "tuxedo" edition

Nice forum, better car. Got my mountain grey with black top and saddle trim on 7/5. Been loving it since. Both born in 55.
My 17 year old daughter all of a sudden thinks I'm "OK".
Dealer called this color combo the "tuxedo" edition. He's a good salesman as the name fits. Found myself acting like Jeeves - wiping the car down after each ride

Get used to that wiping down the car all the time. Seems to happen to me all the time. Funny how the Bimmer gets so dirty so fast!! Welcome!!!

I as well was born in 55, but I went with the DS blue. I also seem to have the problem of wiping the thing down after each use. Welcome to the site, this place contains all the things you wanted and never wanted to know about your bird. Got a question, use search and you'll for sure find an answer.

Hi John, I was also born in '55, there are many of us here at TBN that enjoy that special connection to the Thunderbird. I don't have the time to wipe my down after every drive...it's my daily driver, bought mine on 7/24/02, almost 14k miles now, big grin every mile.

I live near Centreville, work in Ashburn, maybe we'll see each other up that way one day.:biggrin:
