Hi, I'm a new member and just wanted to let other members know how tbn forum helped me decide to purchase a new t-bird. I bought a 2002 leftover , torch red / full int. at end of July. this car has been more than i expected, tighter, faster, more responsive, quieter, smoother, very comfortable, and FUN. Ford dealers seem in the dark on these....I read alot of reviews and the few unkind ones are laughable now as they had to dig deep to try and find flaws and , now , from my experience are not justifiable. A fine piece of engineering at any cost. Ray

actually the dealer had 3 02s as of July 28, red yellow and black...the one that screamed was red and it had a window sticker from Wixom that it was picked at random from build line for a quality check registering 45 miles on odometer....never looked back. Ray

Welcome from one newbie to another!

This is a great place; I'm still getting lost in it.

I'm headed to your state this Saturday, but I'll be birdless. (Going to unwind at the cape)

Hi Ray--
Would have bought red, but I notice that the CHP guys and gals have a penchant for stopping red sporty looking cars. No sense tempting them at my age.

Welcome to the board! I hope you enjoy your car as much as I am enjoying mine.
