I just had to choose the icon with the sunglasses, cuz that's really the only way to drive my car! I bought myselft a torch red 03 'bird this past spring for my 40th, and 40 has never been so COOL! I'm glad I've found others that are as enthusiastic about their 'birds as I am about mine. This should be fun!

Welcome 03 -
You will love it here. I know how cool it feels to run around in your new Bird. You won't be sorry you bought it or that you joined our nest.

Welcome, from those of us down here in Arizona where it's hardtop time - softtop doesn't come down until late October. (wish I were in Connecticut this time of year!)

Welcome Susan. Watch for an announcement soon, from "Blue Heaven", about meeting at a dealership on 9-14 somewhere near Portland CT to celebrate Fords 100th anniversary. It gives us T Bird nuts a chance to meet, other than on the web.

I saw the post about getting together in September. Last cruise I sent to was with old Olds 442s, in the early 90's, in Kansas. This would be a new experience. Hopefully I can go!

What a coincidence! I bought my '03 Torch Red this past February as a present to myself for my 40th!

Could it be kismet?

If you want some red-framed sunglasses to go with your Torch Red, try Oakley and Smith. They have some that double for skiing purposes that go nicely with our T-Birds.  :smokin:

Here's hoping that your daddy will never take your T-Bird away!

Welcome to the nest Susan!

My 03 is white, but I really like the red ones, and I wish I were 40. You will find that you have a lot in common with this group!! Good taste in cars!
