2lst THUNDERBIRD RENDEZVOUS

The Land of Lincoln Thunderbird Club of Jacksonville, Illinois is preparing for
their 21st annual fall show held each year in Bloomington, Illinois. The
weekend of Sept 27th and 28th has been chosen for the show this year.

im going to have a busy weekend that weekend, ive got the SuperCoupe/XR7 Shootout in StLouis on saturday, and then ive got the LoL show on sunday, already registered for both.

From what I've read, I think cars are judged on originality and condition they are in, unless they are specifically entered in a modifications catagory.... Can anyone clarify this?

Also, do a search on "car show", I think there was a thread recently on this. I'm too lazy right now to find it for you!

Cars are usually split in categories - with newer cars, they're ususally judged on cleanliness and eye appeal - in other words, depends on the judge and the show as to what they're looking for.

I was just curious, I stopped by a small local car show over the weekend, and I thought it was funny that they wanted me to enter the bird. I've owned a few show cars in the past, so I understand the concept, I just didn't understand what kind of catagory a new total stock car could compete in.
