The Mustang Car Club of New England is hosting an all Ford show at Rodman Ford in Foxboro on Sunday 9/28 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Ol Dave says they expect about 350 cars, so the earlier you arrive, the better. It is open to all models, so our Birds are certainly welcome. I have already pre-registered. Cost for pre-reg is $10.00, it's $12.00 day of show. I will be meeting 03BirdCT in Sturbridge at 9:00 that morning, so if there are any other CT or MA members that would like to join us, we could caravan in from there. Please respond back to this thread if you would like to join us.

Daij,
We could hook up with you off I-495 in Franklin.

Take the Pike to exit 11A (that will be Rt. 495). Take 495 heading south. Get off at exit 17 (Rt. 140 Franklin), at the top of the ramp take a left and follow 140 to the Stop n Shop parking lot on your right. Park near the Taco Bell and we'll find you (I'm sure you will be the only T-Bird there!) We should be there by 9:45.

From there to Foxboro is only about 15 minutes.

Dino: Sorry I can't make it this weekend. Not many more boating days left so we're heading north until Tuesday.

Dino, what's involved in the pre-registration. Anything I can do now is one less thing to do later!

Re. the regitration - just drive up, pay your $12 and your done. You can fill out forms after you park if you want to be judged.

Dino & Ol Dave: I'll be there but with my Bullitt not my Bird. Look forward to seeing you and any others from the forum that can make it. This is a great show.

Sue,
Pre-reg had to be done at least seven days before the show, so that window has passed. It won't be a big deal to do it Sunday. I'm going to PM you with my cell phone number. Give me a call when you can.

Dick,
So glad we'll see you there!

I really was looking forward to this but there is nothing i can do about it now but wait till monday for my car. I do however have a loner car ford focus so i still fit in I guess. I will be there anyway

ol dave, since i wont have my car there.... I installed a 100 shot nitrous, took out the resonators for more sound, and I bought lambo door style hinges. The doors were supposed to go in the shop on wednesday and then be ready on saturday. I wanted to enter the show but looks like I will have to wait till the next time we all meet. Thats my big surprise which sentry ford ruined for me. lol

Daij,
Man, what bad luck! I hope this all works out for you.

About Sunday...our forecast down here is for rain to start Saturday night and go through all day Sunday. Not sure what it's supposed to do in MA. I know the show is a rain or shine event, but if the weather is real bad, I'm probably not going to go up, since I don't know what the accomadations will be like at Rodman if it's raining. I spoke to Sue Lang this afternoon, and she is thinking the same. The way I left it with her is that I'll make my decision Sunday morning, depending of the weather and call her at 7:30 am to let her know (she is planning on following us up). If you want, I'll call you then as well and let you know what the plan is since you are going to meet us in Franklin. PM me or email me your cell phone number.

Latest Weather: 10:20PM ...Showers expected between 3 to 4 PM on Sunday in Metro Boston Area. Looks like the show will be no problem, but possibly a wet ride home.
