Would also like to join Pacific NW Chapter

I have joined the Canadain Chapter, but would also like to join the Pacific NW Chapter since I also live in that area. I'm not sure how to do this as I could not find any links for joining the PNW Chapter on their page. Please advise. Thks Loads.
