No Nudos?/

The specs for the 03 birds state-- Imola leather seats. Is this the same as the 02-- nudo ?

I wonder if we beat "NUDO" to death? Perhaps the marketing types were tired of hearing about those Nudos.
Furthermore, I suspect that if you skin an Imola, you skin a Nudo.

I asked a simple question. Does anyone know the answer? I have heard all the jokes about nudos.

I havn't seen the sew styles for 2003 or the leather. It is possible that it is only a name change. The 2003 Lincoln Town Car calls for "NUDO" leather. (Just like the same paint color can have 3 or 4 different names, depending on the vehicle line.)
If Ford decided to perforate the leather for 2003, that might give it a new name.

Just so that 03bird will know there are some serious people on this board. :lol: I found few references for Imola leather on the net - mostly in reference to the leather available in the F150 pickup or as a color. Nudo leather is still showing up for 2003 as Red noted above - For the Mustang Cobra and The Expedition.
