I have a 2003 with a little over 3,000 miles and am having leak problems. I have never had the removable top off but whenever it rains and my car is outside I return to my car to find little puddles on both seats. Once I get in the car, I get continuing driping from the area of the car where I would unscrew the top if I wanted to take off the top. Does anybody have any words of wisdom? My local dealership doesn't seem to have a clue. If you have any suggestion you can contact me directly by email.
Thanks,

Take it back to a good dealer. If one can't help you there are others out there that will. You'll find that some are more responsive than others, especially Blue Oval Certified dealers.

Its definitely a warranty issue and if your current dealer is not responsive enough then as George indicates above find a new dealer to work with.
You may want to address this issue by send a email or pm to Joe Varey (MIBIRD), he is our most qualified Ford person on the site.

I also had such a problem. I my case, the drivers side "bolt" that fastens the roof to the windshield header was not tight. And it was not tight because the "bolt" and the "threaded receiver" installed on the roof were not lined up properly. To check, take the torx tool that comes with the vehicle, and insert it into the head of the bolt (found inside the the car, looking up at the underside of the windshield header, at the extreme outside edges of the windshield header, recesed in the very apparent hole) and turning. I bet the bolt is loose. If you are not mechanically inclined, or just not interested, have the dealer do this check. [CAUTION: the roof is heavy and requires 2 strong folks to remove. I have my teenager assist my wife and I.] Please post a reply once you figure this out.
