Does any one know for sure whether or not the deluxe and premium caps will interchance.

Yes they will DEFINATELY! The only difference is that the Premium are chromed and the deluxe are 'painted' silver.

DavidA is DEFINITELY correct - the caps even have both parts #s molded in.
