no one knows anything at my local Ford dealer, the largest volume dealer in the nation. (the store name rhymes with GALPIN.)
i have been there TWICE to pick up the kit to prevent further scratching from the hard top.
the 1st time they had ordered the wrong parts. the second time they said the parts were not in, even though my service advisor said it was.
they are saying that they have some sort of "brackets" as a part of this fix-it kit. is this true?!?!? brackets? for what?
i think they still have the 1st incorrect parts and are confused.
after all, in their showroom, they still have the soft boots installed incorrectly. i even told a salesperson there and he just laughed.

can someone tell me the part number for the fix-it kit?
also, has anyone else used other solutions that they are more happy with?
