I have a Holiday party for another car club that I belong to here in Atlanta this weekend. For this party, they are encouraging everyone to decorate their cars. They will be judged, based on the decorations. (If your car is not decorated, it has to be parked in a separate parking lot away from the decorated ones.)
In starting to think about whether or not I'm going to attach any decorations to the Thunderbird, I thought that this would be a good time to ask for any ideas for decorating the Tbird or to see if anyone else has photos of their Thunderbird decorated for the Holiday's.:puzzled:

window suction cups and small lite strings operated by batteries.
also vinyl clings but if you want them stuck to the outside, you'll probably have to do that when the car is parked otherwise they may blow off.
wreath can be attached to the grill.
if the weather is warm, then top down and add garlands or bows around the headrests.

You could go with the Santa thing and then bring it up north to get some snow on it.:naughty:

I drove my Thunderbird home a year ago today!:pbj::pbj::pbj:
A few days later (and just as many car washes) I bought it a small wreath with lights and a felt back. Never could bring myself to put it on...I was afraid I would scratch the beautiful grille.:bawl: Maybe this year...

I used to have a small, understated wreath with a sprig of holly that I would hang on the grill of my beloved '62 Falcon, Hazel, and she looked just lovely dressed up for Christmas, but somehow, I can't bring myself to put anything on my T-Bird, Freyja. She still looks perfect to me as-is.

No decorations, but tomorrow our Whisper White Thunderbird will be the official transportation for our beautiful mayor in the annual Christmas parade. Will be my first time to drive in 29 degree weather with the top down.
