How many sold?

Anybody have an idea how many 2002's have been sold so far? I've read that 25,000 were to built per year. Did Ford hit that number? Also, my salesperson (who was not very credible) said that '03 is the last year for this model. Can anyone confirm this?

Rick- Since you're new in the nest, you're not aware this topic has been covered...do a search here in the nest and you can read previous posts and replies. In a nutshell, the '03 was delayed, so an extra 10,000 or so '02s were built...the '03 production will be cut back to compensate. Last I heard, the new T-Bird will be around until at least '05, the 50th anniversary year.

Thanks for the info. I did a search and found the info I was looking for. Turns out I'm only one of 80 made with order code 130A: Torch red body, black top, black accent package.
