Has anyone saw a Thunderbird with white wall tires?
I have been thinking about putting a set of them on, I have found some white wall tires by Vogue on the Internet, see attached photo and also a link if any others are interested.

Just think they would really set the car off although as we all know that really isn’t necessary with one of these magnificent cars.

Attached is a picture of a car with whitewalls. It may give you some idea how the tires you found would look. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the picture mwhit. Is this the car that the owner sent the tires off to someplace in North Carolina and had the white walls vulcanized to the tires? Those tires are super sharp. I had heard from the previous post that the person that did the vulcanizing told you to not inflate the tires to Ford recommended specs.

I do believe you are correct, that had been my understanding as well. I also think the owner of this car is a member of this site. Maybe they would be kind and comment on this subject 1st hand. Mike

I have seen these tires on a Lincoln Town Car. Personal opinion was that the yellow stripe spoiled the look. Unless they were used on a yellow Bird, I think the yellow stripe takes away. I would be very interested in a similar tire WITHOUT the yellow stripe.

No I don't think they are the Vogue Tires. I think the owner is from Harrisburg, Pa and she had them sent to NC/SC to have them done.
