The weekend of 9/24 the Club will be headed over to Ana Marie island. Some of us will arrive on Fri. the 23rd and stay thru Monday, but want everyone to come to spend the day or the whole long wkend. The Silver surf Motel is holding 10 rms for us at $75.14 a nite. Reservations can be made on 800 441-7873, tell them u are with the T-bird club. The cut off date for the room rate is 8/23. Make your plans now, you can always cancel if your plans change. :wavey:

Just some updates, some of the members will be staying Fri. thur Mon. Come early, come late, all are invited.
The preliminary schedule looks something like this. 12p Fri. Lunch at Rotten Ralphs, that afternoon beach time, rest time whatever. Fri evening is Pizza & Poker nite, with maybe a break to watch the sunset. Sat am breakfast at Peachs restaurant (an excellent eating place) After breakfast will be the fishning tourney at Anna Marie Pier. A $5.00 Family entry fee is required.(money will go to the prizes). Patricia and Friends will pick these up. Sat afternoon, Beach time, shopping etc. Sat nite will be the Fish fry (no fish no fry), If we strike out on the fishing, we will have dinner at the Fish shack in Cortez. Contest prizes will be awarded there.
Sunday, back to Peaches for Breakfast and then the sad goodbyes to the folks who have to head back.
This is what we have now. See the previous post for res. info, remember the 8/23 date is the cut off date for reservations.

My wife and I are in Lake Mary (Orlando Area). Club members are located from Jacksonville dwn to Fort Pierce. We also have member on the west coast (springhill), The villiages, Lackland and Orlando. The club is so active that we have members all over the state.
