Maybe.....It's going to depend on two things:
->First, I'll see how I like the Fitchburg show ...
-> Second, I'll go if I don't have any drag racing scheduled with my other car!...:first:

John: There are no flea markets that I know of close by, but just across the harbor is Kittery, ME. They have tons of outlet stores for anything you could think of.
Drew: It's on the NH / ME border. Portsmouth harbor separtaes the two. The city is small and quaint. Beautiful gardens right near where we'll be, on the harbor.
If anyone likes historical places, we'll be right in the middle of a quaint place called Strawberry Banke. There are tours available through the old historic circa 1600, homes.
Claude: The two shows are totally different. Fitchburg has 500+ antique and custom cars on show w/o judging and 300+ antique flea market vendors. Whereas the TBird show has less than 100 cars in various categories and with judging. No flea market, just reviewing cars, chatting with friends and possibly touring the sites and gardens. Last year there were about 6-7 new birds and 20+ early and other birds there. The balance were antique cars.
All in all it was a good day

Apr 3, 2005, 09:36 AM
John,

You might have to make a weekend out of this one too. The Kittery Outlets can take a whole day to shop if you want to see all the stores. You couldn't drop Deb off there and come to the show as it is not a Mall. All the stores are spread over a two mile strip of road. How could you carry all that stuff home in the Bird anyway?

Dino and Chuck,

If you take I-495 home, maybe we could stop by Kimball's Farm Ice Creme on the way.

Wes:
Something to think about. Arriving all at once in TBN fashion.
We have some time to decide, but to get there from MA,CT & RI it's I495 and I95. We could plan to meet at the travelers info center on I95, about a mile after the 495/95 merge. Then caravan into Portsmouth which is about 20-30 miles away. Just a thought.

Bird03
Apr 3, 2005, 06:55 PM
George,

That sounds like a good idea. We wouldn't want to be the last ones up there though, as space is very tight on the field. If we all caravan together and show up a little late they may not have space to put us all together so if we do all caravan we need to go early.

Wes posted the brochure at the beginning of this thread, but I'm not sure of the times. Maybe Wes can let us know. I think last year we got there around 9AM.....
Not sure where you'd start from in NY, but from my home back in Greenwich, CT its about 5 hours to Portsmouth, plus stops for body breaks.
Portsmouth is about an hours drive for me, but If there is an interest, of people staying over, I wouldn't mind seeing if I could get a group rate. But we certainly need numbers to do that.

George,

I'll be staying over so that makes 5, I'm sure there will be more.

Austin, Sal, and Dino glad you can all make it.

Sal,

As you know, Red Sox nation has outposts all around the world and has even infiltrated New York. Last night as they played in Baltimore you could hear the chant "lets go Red Sox, clap, clap--clap, clap, clap" all night from the stands--even when they were ahead 8-0 in the ninth (that chant used to be more of a desperate prayer). But of all the New England states, I think that New Hampshire is the most Yankee friendly because that is where New Yorkers travel to vacation (that and parts of Cape Cod and the Islands). So bring your t-shirt and cap, you'll get the thumbs up from people up there and we'll get that picture together that we didn't get the last time.

BTW I can dress the car up for you too if you like.

Bruce, sorry man, this is by far the biggest rivalry in sports period which will continue long after we have turned to dust. I have been a devoted Yankee fan before I knew what a Thunderbird was. Some of us are as passionate about our baseball as we are about our birds. l I still remember my 1st Yankee game. My dad took me when I was 5, it was of course a Yankee - Boston game. I still remember that there was some Boston fan behind us waving a Boston flag and yelling the entire game. Keep in mind though it's all in good fun and not serious at all.
Charles is probably not going to make Portsmouth. It's his brothers turn to go with me. But one never knows between them they may "work" something out.

Bruce
Apr 23, 2005, 07:24 AM
I understand and certainly kidding about th truce. In fact I found it quite commical the banter that was going back and forth last weekend.

George, everytime I go to Portsmouth on a weekend the parking is always a problem and since we are only staying for one night then maybe we should consider the Sheraton. The reason being its within walking distance to most of the main attractions and resturants, etc.

MATBird
Apr 23, 2005, 08:14 AM
I will go over there on Tuesday and try to get a decent price. Last year I tried for another function, and it was quite expensive, since it's downtown.
However, if that's prohibitive and we stay further away, we have two choices. Have a hotel van take us downtown, rent a car service, or caravan to a restaurant on the outskirts of Portsmouth.

BTW, Bring chairs too - Picture in thread TBN folding chairs

Don Seymore the President of New England Vintage Thunderbirds started another thread about the Portsmouth show.

http://www.thunderbirdnest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9201

They are offering group rates at the Best Western, but there are only 2 rooms left in their group. Check that thread for all the rate info. I will try to get the hotel to increase the size of the group, but there is nobody there until Monday that is authorized to do that.

Because rooms are tight all over Portsmouth that weekend, I would advise that you book with the Best Western right away. First 2 that call 603-436-7600 can get the New England Vintage Thunderbird rate.

CAUTION EVERYONE
Everyone, please slow down.....You all asked, and Wes and I volunteered to get info. You have to give us a chance.
I will check it out on Tuesday, but I believe that the Best Western is right on the Portsmouth circle and without the private parking you may wish!!!!!
If you want to book it so be it, but you are taking away from the 10 room block that I can get at a very nice Marriott for $20.00 more. AND, it's closer, more private, easy access to highway and show and as nice as the hotel you had in Fitchburg.
If you all want me to stop from finding a decent place and take your chances with an unknown so be it.
Suggestion, book if you want as long as you can cancel for $0. Then let me know if I should proceed.
Gosh, it was only 10:41 AM yesterday that I said I would check out others on Tuesday and here you all are booking into unknowns.

I will be staying at the Marriott and I believe Wes supports that after our discussion this morning - NOW, I need to hear from those who will stay there as well since I have to commit next week! DO I RESERVE I ROOMS? Lets start all over from this post forward or email me ASAP

MATBird
Apr 24, 2005, 09:18 AM
Claude you will be 50-60 miles away if you stay in Concord. The Marriott is one mile away. Your choice.
Register by mail now and pay $12. at the gate is $15. Again, your choice, but advance registration helps them plan this show and parking better.

FINALLY ----As Wes suggested, please use this thread as your main posting area for this show. Sorry Don, but being a new member you probably didn't know we had a thread started and we want to reduce the confusion.

I await everyones input to see if I should reserve a block of 10 rooms :tightspot So far I have 2 of the 10 commited, me and Wes.

Bird03
Apr 24, 2005, 09:59 AM
I second George's thoughts.

This whole thing started yesterday when Don Seymore the President of New England Thunderbirds started his OWN thread on the Portsmouth show offering to let us join his group. While well intentioned, I don't think he realized that we have so many people or that he even checked his block of group rooms to find that he had only 2 rooms left.

When I got home from work last night, I found all these postings on the Best Western and people had already started to book the hotel. When I called the hotel they said they had only about 10 rooms left in the entire hotel. I couldn't get George on the phone that night to make sure that the Marriot deal was a go, or what he thought of the Best Western as I am not as familiar with it as he is, so decided to advise we start booking rooms before they were all gone and we would't be able to keep the group together.

I had a sleepless night worrying out whether this was the right move or not, but I did get to watch the installation of the Pope this morning at 4am.

When I talked to George this morning his main points where that the parking is very tight at the Best Western (and they're going to be full) and that the Marriot is much nicer and a better location (although more expensive). I certainly want our group to be altogether, but I want my car to be safe too!

Just as an example of considerations in planning:
NEVT is having a dinner at Warren's Restaurant. This is the best seafood restaurant in the area. George and I had discussed this place a long time ago and had ruled it out because the parking lot is a madhouse, always jammed, and door-ding city. We would rather plan to go to a lesser restaurant where we don't have to worry about our cars.

Just my thoughts,

OK you can all start blasting me now.

I think we have our ten already by adding Dino & Susan, Austin & Deborah, and I know Chuck & the #2 son are staying over so they're a definate maybe for the Marriot.

Let's not forget Rich and Pat who maybe haven't even read this thread yet.

Claude. Just sit tight till Tuesday night. We can't pay for the reservations at the Marriot until George finalizes the group on Tuesday so wait until then and we'll let you know what to do at that time.

Also, if anyone is planning to come up a day early on Friday night or leave a day late (Sal) let us know and MAYBE, if George tells them ahead of time, you can get the group rate for the other day too.

Finally, if anyone else is thinking about coming with us you better post now because there won't be any rooms at any price in Porstmouth when we get close to show day.

Thanks everyone for the supportive emails

Also, if anyone is planning to come up a day early on Friday night or leave a day late (Sal) let us know and MAYBE, if George tells them ahead of time, you can get the group rate for the other day too.

Finally, if anyone else is thinking about coming with us you better post now because there won't be any rooms at any price in Porstmouth when we get close to show day.

Thanks everyone for the supportive emails

Wes
Yes Wes...me and Jo are planning on staying an extra day. If its possible to get the special rate, great, if not...no problem.

I'm looking forward to see everyone in Portsmouth in about 8 weeks ( :sad2: ).
The weather should be pretty good up here by then , not that Fitchburg wasn't super weather but what a diffence a week makes. Thank our lucky stars that the show was last weekend and not this cold, damp, windy, rainy weekend.

They are the only ones that requested an extra night (Sunday) and it is part of our contract.
Any others that can make that same arrangement at the same price, be sure to have it specified on your confirmation. In the meantime, I'll call the Marriott and suggest that they honor all extra night requests at that same rate. Any issues, PM or email me.

I'll tell ya, it was a lot easier before the Sox won! I never, ever rubbed it in to a Sox fan, and let's face it, over the years I've had plenty of opportunities! I have a Yankee flag hanging in front of my house, but I always take it in when the Sox and Yanks are playing together, out of respect for you guys. The night the Sox won, you wouldn't believe the phone calls (in the middle of the night!), emails, and VM's I got! "What do you think of your Yankees now?" To tell you the truth, I was actually rooting for the Sox last year because I was so sick of hearing "maybe next year". All I have to say is "One down, 26 to go!" ;-)

Hi Dino and thanks. My baby is what I call "Cop Red", although officially it is Torch Red, red hardtop, black rag top and partial accented. It's a 2002. I went in to buy a Porche, and saw it sitting there. Appears a gentleman had bought it for his wife for Valentine's Day, but she couldn't see out the rear window. It had 1800 miles on it when I purchased it in April of that year. He had taken the initial depreciation hit and it was just an offer I couldn't refuse. I was actually pulled over by the police on my way home from the dealership for "attaching plates". After I showed him my paper work, he started looking over the car. He said she was so "Sweet"......and so she was named!

I'm not worried about the Yanks.....October is a long way off. I don't get all the games but XM Satelite Radio plays them all, unfortunately, I have Sirius.

Tony,

Glad you and Linda can make it.

Everyone,

Just wanted to announce the first of many events that will be planned during your stay here.

Late afternoon we will caravan from the hotel down to Hampton, then up the beach and through the winding costal road in Rye, past the seaside mansions, and into Saunders Restaurant for sunset dinner overlooking Rye Harbor.

This restaurant comes highly reccomended from many sources (including our new member Barbara--Sweet T). Parking is good, and the prices are moderate--except lobster--the day I checked it out it the market price went from $27 for a 1lb to $65 for a 2lb.

The menu and other info about the restaurant can be found here:

http://saundersatryeharbor.com/menu.html

This place is very popular with the locals and we may have to cut them some slack and not expect to be seated the second we get there. Besides, there is a nice outdoor patio overlooking the water where we can have a before dinner drink if need be.

This should be a really great caravan/dinner.

More events to be announced shortly.

Hi George and thanks!

Dinner is a given, I eat there several times per week as it is. The Delmonico is big enough for two people, and the Salmon is to die for!! I know everyone will enjoy the ride from Portsmouth, the Birds were made for the curves. It's such a peaceful spot! I don't know if any of the members are walkers, but Rye Beach has a seaside path and it really is a good workout. About a mile south of the restaurant you can pull in and watch the surfers and kayakers.

I haven't decided whether I'll be staying at the Marriott or riding up in the morning. If I do ride up again, I'll probably need to find a car wash to get the bugs off hehe.

From the tolls go approximately 9 miles to Exit 7, “Market Street, Portsmouth and Downtown”. .
Note: There are several Portsmouth Exits. You want #7

At the end of the Exit 7 ramp, at the light, go left and under I-95. Through two traffic lights.

Just after the second traffic light go left into the Marriott Courtyard. Stay left all the way around to the front lobby entrance. (There will be office buildings on your right)

Check in is at 3PM, but some of us will be there early to greet you.

Other info you may need

Coming out of the Marriott parking lot and going left, all of the following are on or off Market Street:

Gasoline, Exxon & Mobil - Approximately 1 mile
Pharmacy, Brooks - Approximately ½ mile on your right
Super market - Approximately ½ mile on your right
Fast food , TGI Friday‘s and UNO‘s etc.- Approximately 2 miles on both sides of Market Street
Fox Run Mall, many stores here -Approximately 2 miles on your left

Going right out of the Marriott parking area will take you to downtown Portsmouth.

Tony,
That's great that you and Linda are coming up. I presume that you are another Yankees fan. Wes it seems like your really getting outnumbered now.

For all that are coming up early Kiddery Maine is the next town north only a few miles north and the have blocks and blocks of the top name discount stores. The only thing that will save your budget is that the amount of room in the Thunderbirds trunk is limiting.

Debbie has that figured out already Bruce.......UPS!.........:smokin:

George,

There's a Touch-free car wash on Lafayette Rd (Rte 1) in Portsmouth that I have used. I believe it will be along the route Wes takes to get to the restaurant. Also, anyone travelling from the south may want to plan on taking 495 as 95 just beyond Topsfield has been under construction for the past few months and I wouldn't want to see anybody's Bird get "sand-blasted" from the debris.

NOTE:
I spoke with the Marriott today. I knew John, Tony and Austin were staying extra days and we had only planned on John. I also didn't know if any others were planning on extra days. Therefore I have worked out a plan with Jenn Marsten, Marriott, who has agreed to review all reservations and change all of your extra days to the same rate. Is everybody happy??? :pinkie: :pinkie:

May 4, 2005, 09:45 PM
Hi everyone,

I talked to the day manager at the Marriott and she told me that we could check in as early as 12 pm on Saturday IF they weren’t full the night before. In the case that they were full the night before, they will still do all the check-in paperwork (and hold your luggage for you at the desk if you want) and when you return later on you can just pick up the keys and go to your room.

So for anyone that will be arriving early Saturday or is staying over the night before on Friday, I’ll be at the hotel at noon on Saturday. I will then leave the hotel at 12:30 pm to head over to Gilley’s Diner in downtown Portsmouth for a Hot Dog and a Burger. This is an historic diner that was originally a horse-drawn lunch cart. From the early 1900’s it was pulled into Market Square by horse and in the 50’s it was pulled by truck. It is in the Guiness Book of Records as the vehicle that has received the most parking tickets as the cops gave it a ticket every day it was parked in the square. The city gave them a small alley on a side street and it is permanently parked there now.

Gilley’s Diner website is:

http://www.gilleyspmlunch.com/

Check out the menu—good old plain comfort food—cheap. There is also a review and a movie from the TV show Phantom Gourmet on the site naming it as one of their "Hidden Jewel" restaurants. (On the side bars click "reviews" then on the next page click "Phantom Gourmet" then on the next page choose "56K" or "broadband" according to what connection you have—if it won’t let you watch it online, like my MAC, you might have to right click and download the link to your desktop to watch it off-line).

After the diner, a short caravan through the quaint streets of downtown Portsmouth, and then it’s back to the hotel by 2pm.

Just a note:
The parking is very limited in Downtown Portsmouth, but I think that not everyone will be up in Portsmouth this early and we should be able to accommodate everyone that wants to go.

Interesting story. There's a lot of history down town as well. After the diner you may want to take a dry run to the car show area.
Note: Since it will be into June, it could be crowded down there. There is a public garage right downtown off Market street, not far from that diner. The top floor may be a great place to park and walk. Most everything is within a 15-20 minute walk. :smokin:

John,

The intinerary that NEVT mailed you was your confirmation of payment to them, but they will have a list of names that paid and will be going by that list at check-in. If you really want proof that you paid them, I would bring your cancelled check with you.

The itinerary on the flyer is for the NEVT club and not for TBN. Our plans are evolving on this thread and a summary will be posted here before we go.

In case it is very hot on the field and there are no food vendors around, I picked up some Coca-Cola for anyone that gets thirsty.

The price?

Hi Wes,
Well lets see if I can explain this, probably not so anyone could understand but here goes.
Its been an uphill battle to get Ford to take my order for an Inca and without help from Tasca Ford and Quickdraw I'm convinced it would have never happened. For those that do not know Bob Tasca owns the largest dealership in N.E. and has been traveling back and forth to Ford teaching and preaching quality since the 60s. He supposedly created the saying that "Quality is Job 1" which Ford used for many years. Anyway he used some influence and the rest is history.
The Inca may be delivered before Portsmouth and if it is it will be coming. I won't bring two because then "K" and I will not have the enjoyment of each others company on the long drive up and back.
FAROUT, the 03 Torch Red will continue to get mods as appropriate, the next being the Xcalibrator 2 when available and will remain the primary fun car through the good weather months.
The Inca will be how do I say this without creating a lot of grief. It will be the primary garage queen going to shows and other gala events and be ready to take over the role and duties of the red bird when and if needed. I have also applied for a special plate OMEGA (Greek for End / Last) in memory of another Thunderbird era that is coming to an end.
The 2006 Lexus GS will arrive around the end of June and will take on the duties of my daily driver. Kirsten will continue to use her Saab Turbo as her daily driver. She would not give up that car for anything. Its more plane than car and fast.
.........and that's it, June should be a busy and fun month.

Bruce,

I95 North between 128 North and 495 is currently being resurfaced (miles of grooved pavement and lots of fresh tar). If you go 495 all they way around the horn you can avoid all of this, but I don't know how many extra miles it adds to the trip. I will check out I95 just before the event, but I don't think they will be done by then.

Also expect plenty of traffic as you near New Hampshire as Saturday is "renters day" (most rental properties up north are rented from Saturday to Saturday) so there will be plenty of other people going North with you.

The problem with the Inca is that it seems to be on and off again. We have gone round and round on this with the Dealer, Ford local and Ford Corporate to the point that when it arrives I'll be a believer until then all I have is hope.

Wes,
Thanks for the update on 95N. Hopefully it will be done in 6 weeks because the 495N loop adds many miles and time to the trip from where I live. But the other side is I would take the miles over driving on roads under construction.

Six weeks! It's been like that for months! I think your best bet would be to exit 95N at Topsfield and take the old Rte 1 up. It's a much more relaxing and pleasant trip and only adds 15 minutes to the ride. I always take it, even when there is no construction. Rte 1 runs parallel to 95 all the way up (less than 5 miles east). There are many routes that will take you back to 95 after the construction sites. Actually, you could even miss the huge back up from all the weekend campers at the Hampton tolls and may even make time. I was on 495 for about 80 miles today.....not pleasant for Sweet T.....way too many semi's.

95N continues to be resurfaced between 128 and the NH line. In addition, a small section of 128 near 93N is also being resurfaced. I went through there yesterday and counted 38 cars off the side of the road with flat tires. On the news last night they said that a huge pothole had opened up in the resurfacing area, but no one noticed it right away as it was raining so hard.

Hopefully the weather will clear and the temps will go up to 70 this weekend.

Here is the quote from tomorrows news:

<<How thorough was the pounding? It was the most lopsided victory the Red Sox have ever come away with against their long-time rivals, as the previous high was a 14-run blowout. By the eighth inning, the scoreboard in center field was malfunctioning, and you can only wonder if the sheer usage of the day took its toll. The Sox notched a season-high scoring output. And their 27 hits were one shy of tying a franchise record that has been accomplished twice, most recently on June 27, 2003, when they battered the Marlins, 25-8, and beat up on the same starting pitcher (Carl Pavano) who took the loss in this one. >>

Sal,
We'll see tomorrow if the Yankee's were saving their runs.

John,
You said that "the summer of joy and madness has just begun". Is this the madness?

Hope you and Deb didn't have too much trouble getting into NY as all the airports in the area were really backed up with air traffic due to some severe T storms that moved through this afternoon.

Barbara,
I'm so glad the media has us as underdogs to the Yankees again. For Red Sox fans we just hope and pray we win, for Evil Empire fans they expect to their team to win. Makes it a lot easier on us in a loss.

Can't wait to see the New York Sunday papers tomorrow.

Well...then we definitely need to dump Carl Pavano. To be honest...I don't like him. I think hes a loser. Its funny how Red Sox fans forget the beating the Yankees gave them in game two last year. But then again...I guess you guys have a right to forget that after that comeback. Ok...we'll see.....

Tonite is a big game.......the Yanks NEED to maintain the momentum they have built up. I agree with Sal......Pavano is unimpressive to me.

All I can say is someone needs to steroid test Ortiz. Hey if you can't beat the SOB have him suspended. Yanks need to find a way to beat the Sox or their in BIG trouble. Congratulations to the Sox, they certainly have the Yankees number. Too bad you have to beat other teams to win the division. Sorry I am going to miss this. I'm leaving for Wixom tomorrow morning and won't be checking in until next Friday.

Don't go back to sleep guys.....The Red Sox CAN be beat...just ask about every other team in the league.

We just returned from Maine today and here is a road condition update.
We went up on Friday using the 495N Loop which added hours to the trip. There was heavy traffic due to construction in Lawrence that made us creep along for 45 minutes. Then there was a huge backup at the first toll booth in New Hampshire. What took us normally 2.5 to 3 hours took us 5 hours. :thumbsdow
Now coming back we used 95S to 93S throught the heart of Boston today. 95S had about 12 miles of pavement work after the toll booth in NH but no delays since it was a holiday (no work was going on). Absolutely no delays and home in 3 hours.
Conclusion, if traveling on a workday 495 is probably a better solution, however, there would have to be a huge delay on 95 to equal the same added hours. Either way there is no solution for the NH toll booth unless you want to take RT1 which is stop and go traffic through every town.
On Saturday, I will take 24N to 93N to 95N and take the same RTs South coming home on Sunday.

If you are leaving early morning to Portsmouth on Sunday morning then I would go 24N to 93N to 95N. There should be light traffic in Boston and no construction on anywhere on the weekend.

Just a note to say "Hi" to my fellow Birds of a feather, and to thank Wes (Bird 03) for leaving a note on my windshield inviting me to Thunderama. I'd be delighted and am looking forward to it!

I must admit he did steal my thunder when I pulled into one of my favorite restaurants, to find another Retro Bird...... in my space, no less. It was a beautiful day but he still had the hard top on (sorry Wes...just had to squeal).

I did have to confess, however, that......I'm a Yankee's fan. He told me it's okay, I can go anyway.

Looking forward to meeting all of you!!

Sorry Dino,

Strike One for the Newbee!

I was under the assumption that the "theme" for Portsmouth was the "Sox Birds vs. Yanks Birds" and that we were just building momentum as the time is getting closer. Guess we all know what happens when one "assumes".

As this Yank Bird already has one strike against her, I'll let someone else start a "Portsmouth Sox vs Yanks Birds" thread.

Sorry :bawl:

We will coming with the Torch Red and hard tonneau covers. The Inca won't be available until mid July and I won't take it on any long drives until the clear bra is on.
Wes and George what's the plans for Saturday afternoon and evening? Dino what time are you and Sue arriving? Dave and Claire I assume you will be meeting up with us at the Marriot on Sunday to caravan together to the Show? Who else will be drivng in Sunday and meeting at the Hotel?

Get off I-95 at Exit 3, about 6 miles from the Hampton toll booth. At the end of the ramp, go left, over I-95 through one traffic light. At the second light, go left into a brand new Sunoco gas station that has a new touchless car wash (Towel it down) Come out of Sunoco and go right, over I-95 and take the entrance to I-95. Let's plan on meeting in Marlboro at 11:00 am. We can use the Starbuck's on Rt.20 as a meeting point. Get off 495N at exit 24B (heading towards Northboro). At the second light, turn into the shopping center parking lot and we'll park behind the Starbucks (we'll be ready for another cappucino by then).

try to get to Bridgeport between 8:00 and 8:30. The way you come up from there is your choice. Hi everybody.
Looking forward to Portsmouth.
I know it is the Courtyard (Marriott) on Market St in Portsmouth. What is the meeting time on Sunday, 8:30 ?
Has anybody had trouble getting a reply from NEVT? I am going to bring my canceled check for admission.
To anyone not meeting up with the group, who is not familiar with this area this can be a very tricky place to find as there are one way streets involved.

Bruce, Bad news, looks like my bird may see rain for the 3rd time -- bummer.

Ken,
I was also thinking of how they will realize that we registered already. I guess bringing the canceled check would probably work.

Ken/Chuck:
I had been in touch with Don Seymour and he said there is no confirmation.
Yes, bring that check.
Last July I had to pay at the entrance of the Rodman Mustang show to get in, after having sent my check 2 months earlier. Then this past November, I got my check back with an appology. The check had gotten buried in someones briefcase.
I'll call Wes this AM and try to get the times to meet and post them, if he doesn't see this post.
