Is anyone here familiar with Mickey Thompson Tires' Sportsman Pro? I have read good reviews about it. I am looking for a good set of all-terrain tires for my 2002 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. Should I go for it?

Why would you want all-terrain tires for Las Vegas?

I have had them on mine and they don't do well in anything above 4" in snow. The tire dealer suggested I have the car lifted 2" , but that didn't work either.

Does he mean "All Weather" when he says All Terrain? Can't imagine a Tbird going off road unless it's hydroplaning off the road!

I had BF Goodrich all terrains on my dune buggy built from a 71 tbird chassis. Does that count?

Well, they do have street tires

                      Certainly a legitimate question.
