My 2005 suddenly has white spider webbing showing up on wheels....do not feel like scratches....seems to be maybe under clear coat.....what's up...what to do?

I hope all you Birds are safe in your nests. And your cars are too! Deep South is also in the freezer. Forecast to get down to 18f here in South Louisiana.
