Off we go again...bought the MSG in Caribou, Me in 2004, moved to KC, MO in 2006 (Drove it there), then to SLC, UT in 2008, drove it there too, and now off to Carrollton, TX. Gonna drive it there too.

Somehow driving the MSG from location to location takes a little off the edge of the move. (Love the long road trips in her, we did 28 states in 2008)

On the road again...

I did the same thing recently, although I moved the Merlot out to Utah in the moving van. Did drive it here to Omaha myself though and was very glad that I did as teh Utah moving company was a mess.

I'll PM you with the name of the movers there, hopefully not the same ones.

Thanks for the info everyone. We had made a decision to have the MSG trailered, enclosed, and contracted with a company, Wise Auto Shipping (the were brokers) never got a driver after three weeks, so we flew back to SLC and drove it back to TX.

Got really dirty during the drive, but it was FUN. lol. Took it in for a full detail this past weekend. AHHHHH.

As far as movers go, I always use the same company and although i have had some minor issues, its always been attributed to one crew member, and I still recommend the company A. Arnold, World Class Movers. I have been quite please with them.

We're in TX now, and enjoying the ride!

I used Wise to send a car from near Cleveland OH to Newark, NJ. It took them almost a month ... rediculous. I'll NEVER use them again! What good is the right price if you can't get it moved.

Only states traveled in the Thunderbird are colored. (Missed Rhode Island). We've been to over 52 Events since 2001.
