Long Island Event 2010 - thunderbirdnest.com

Hey everyone.
As promised I will plan this years event a lot earlier than last year.
The information I have right now from the Long Island Thunderbird group is that the show will again be at Syosset Ford and it will be Sunday July 18th with a rain date of July 25th.
With that in mind I will start planning things around the 16th, 17th, & 18th of July. Not sure yet what will be on the agenda, but I'll be checking on events here and will keep you all informed.
If anyone is interested please let me know. I'd like to have some idea of how many we might have this year. I will be in touch with John, and John and hopefully they will be involved as well.
Thanks all and here is to hoping we have another fun time here on Long Island.

Sorry to say this once again, but we have a conflict of events so we will not be attending the L.I. event.
According to the calendar for New England gatherings and events, June is going to be a very busy month and is not without conflicts.

Ok guys...due to lack of interest I guess I'm canceling this event this year. And to be honest I am moving in July (again) and probably wont' have time to do it anyway. I can't get hold of John (jrm) or John (bling king) and without their help and with me moving I won't have time to put this together myself. The hotel has called me about 5 times and wants to know what is going on. So at this point I am going to call them and tell them to cancel the reservations.

Theresa and I were still planning to come down - we always looked forward to the ferry ride over and the entire trip/show. We just didn't make our hotel reservations yet...

If you guys are planning on coming I'll keep it going. Its just that I posted this a couple of times and I didn't get any responses so I thought there was a lack of interest. If you everyone still wants to come I'm sure I can work on something for us.
