    Fredrick,
Are you talking about the 4 pin power connector?
Also, maybe we should continue our FEM investigation by using the TBN private message option.

We can go back to posting for all to see when we have things figured out.

now i have measure and pin 3 have resitance between all mofets center pins.
and the same for pin 4 resistance between all mofets center pin and pin 4
    and no powersorce connected

I don't know if switching is done by relays or MOSFETs. Metal Oxide Silicon Field Effect Transistors.
Most all switching is done by MOSFETs.

Make sure you use the lowest Ohmmeter scale. You should read a short circuit or 1 to 2 Ohms. You were probably reading a load resistance in Q35 .

I am only interested in the M readings. Middle pin which is the Drain.
Any C201a readings from pin2 to other Q# are Ground.
    Ok Hermann
i Will try to measure the resistent instead

I don't recomend replacing all transistors.
    i will do that tomorrow

OK I just remembered. I do not have a schematic of the FEM. If you have the electrical service book like mine, then this is how you reverse engineer it:
Get an Ohm Meter with sharp pin test leads. You need to break through the clear coating applied to all components.

The MOSFETs transistors have Gate and Source marked as G and S. The Drain pin is in the middle and is not marked. That is the one you want to connect to most of the time.
The power window MOSFETs are N Channel since they apply a ground to operate (just like tail lights and headlights), go ahead and measure from pin 1 and/later pin 2 of FEM connector C201G.

From pin 1 and later pin 2 measure a short or very low resistance to all 11 MOSFETS Drain (the unmarked middle pin).
Locate which Q # (like Q21 etc) is associated with pins 1 and pin 2 of FEM connector C201G. This connector has 4 big pins to handle FEM power and Driver's Power window.

After you have found which Q numbers correspond to C201G pins 1 and 2, let me and all of us know.

When I have time I will try to identify all the other MOSFETS and recommend replacement part numbers and sources. The lights should be easy. All the N channel transistors should be the same. So far, I have only found two P channel circuits, dash lights and power steering solenoid.

Time to stop information overload. To be continued.
