Cal, as I understand it pictures are always first come first served. After 10 submissions the remainder are carried over to the next month. Recent months without a full 10 being submitted I'd bet they were carried over to start September.

When submitting your TOTM Pic. please include your user name and your real name. It's a real pain in the ass trying to find this information if not included with the email you send me. In the future if you only give me one or the other then that will be all that will be listed if you happen to win for that month.

There are a few of you that already do this correctly but there are more that don't do it. When done from your phone is the main problem.
