Not able to connect with Verizon Jetpack, but phone is working.

If you look at the upper right corner of that report, you will see that the page load time is slow. (something I see frequently) The other grades are all “B”. I suppose that counts as good, but it is also not excellent.

Worst connection problems I've ever experienced. All other sites fine on high-speed PC.
Giving up for now...

Twenty minutes later it was back to its normal (still slow) speed.

We can no longer get into TBN on our computer. The only way we can get into TBN on our phones is to first turn off our Wi-Fi.

have yet to have a problem here, awhile back I did have some problems connecting to SOME sites,when others did not.I was using firefox which I liked of course I heard the rumors of bad things but did not think much of it.
then for the heck of it I reluctantly tried chrome. surprisingly no problems since.
trying a different server or maybe reloading it MIGHT help I don't know but something to try

Phone would not connect this morning, but computer and Verizon Jetpack is working.

Connection is very slow. I do not know what is going on with TBN's server company. I will put another ticket in and hope they will fix the problem.

Very slow today. Got a 503 error message - server busy try again later. Was having no problem when this thread began.

I just changed my IP address and was able to get back on TBN. I haven't been able to get on for the past 24 hours+. Seemed to work for me. I was using explorer and Firefox. I'm now on a comcast non secure server. I'm in the process of changing my IP on explorer.
