Thought this was a little to much in the Kaminari post so thought it was more appropriate here. As you can see Rusty was trying to get me in trouble AGAIN. Rusty didn't show her this response but did show her your PM. Starting to think she likes you more than me!


Rusty my Geri is a queen. Putting up with me for 49.1 years, she'll go straight to heaven. I've been doing toy cars and parts forever, mostly making a few bucks that went into the car cigar box to keep the string alive.

Favorite memory is coming into the kitchen 35 years or so ago with a 5"x5" box that had a Corvette door seal in it and saying "sure don't get much for damn near $100 ". (remember that was 30-35 years ago). Her witchy friend said "I don't know why you put up with that?". Geri's reply was (remember like it was yesterday) "The man Doesn't fish, hunt, bowl, golf or drink to excess. If I ever find him out somewhere on his back it will on concrete tearing something apart.". damn she's good. can't imagine living without her.

50th past for us in 2016. George's parents passed it in 1987, has a brother who passed it in 2017, another brother coming up on Feb 14, 2019 (Rosebud on here) and their sister who has 8 more years to go.

We hit the 45 mark on the 16th. We are having a vow renewal on the 17th. Our health will probably stop us from reaching 50, so we will celebrate now while we can. There are only four of us left from the original ceremony. But the good news is that we have plenty of new family and friends to join us this time. Hoping for no snow that weekend.

We made 51years April 20th this year. That does not include the years we dated and were engaged! We were 15 and in the ninth grade when we started dating. I was riding my Zundapp motorbike when we met in 1962! You did not need a license to ride a motorbike back then.

50 years ago tonight I married my best friend. The journey brought us to Rome, Italy, tonight to celebrate. We started celebrating last night in Barcelona with great friends from that tour.
