This has been talked about before but not in this way. I am posting a poll on mileage. It pertains mostly to 02's and 03 Birds. But if you have a newer Bird with high milage please respond to it.

Re: Mileage on Your Bird
Joe, the garage queen remark was not directed at the owner of the car but the car itself. It's a car guy thing. My 69 Vette is a garage queen, I put 10 miles on it last year.

Re: Mileage on Your Bird
My '02 just turned 27k. I feel so sorry for those who have not logged many miles. It is such a pleasure to drive. Isn't that the point? I can't wait to get in the car and go. Driving the bird just seems to make the world a better place to be. What's that saying someone has on their posts: "When you own a TBird you take the long way home". Or something like that. I agree with that philosophy. Come on guys, DRIVE THE CAR!!! You'll get used to it and come to love it as so many TBNers attest!
Maybe we should start a Driver's Anonymous thread where TBNers can come to terms with their afflictions and addictions regarding driving (or not driving) the bird!
I hope everyone receives as much enjoyment from their TBird as I do and however you obtain that enjoyment is cool by me.
Thank you for listening! Or not!We cannot go back and make a new start, but we can start now to make a new ending!
