Dot, sorry I just noticed your question above. No, my '02 Tbird sits a good bit and probably has no more than 15,000-20,000 miles on it. Maybe there's someone else with a similar name that posted that information somewhere?
Sorry Dot, I don't even remember doing that. If I did it I don't know what I was thinking about at the time (maybe how much I went over budget with my house)
I got a call from Ford yesterday. The sweet little girl said "We just wanted to remind you that your '05 Thunderbird is overdue for your 10,000 mile check-up." I said, "No I'm not."..."Yes you are"...No I'm not"...Yes you are." I told her the car only has 1,000 miles on it...she said, "you mean 10,000", I said "No, 1,000, and it doesn't get driven very much...only in good weather on special occasions, and not at all right now as it is locked in the garage in VA until we get back from the island. Some people collect baseball cards, some collect cars." She said, "I've never heard of anyone buying a car and not driving it." Well, she has now. My Ford dealer also razzes me about my 6-yr-old Epedition that only has 30,000 miles on it, and in the last 3 yrs I've only put on 2,000 per year!
They should meet my mother-in-law who only has 7,000 on her 1989 T-Bird!

Finally got to vote in this poll. We went over 20K with the trip to St. Louis a week and a half ago. We've owned "Jewel" since November 9, 2001. Mileage is about what I expected to put on ~5K per year.
21 years, 174K miles, 48 States X 2 & DC, 9 Canadian provinces, 8 European countries, 3 Caribbean Islands, 3 Hawaiian Islands, 100+ National Park locations, 150+ T-bird events, 190+ retrobird diecasts/models, 13 TOTM pics & some very special friends...THANKS TBN !
I still can't vote in the poll. Mileage on my two birds:
'03 Torch Red (July 03) - 10,516
'05 Inca Gold (July 05) - 2,265
Both are not daily drivers and are in winter hibernation.
