    Re: my 93 tbird

It's really nice to have a "bumper" car so that there's less wear and tear on your other car, but my 94 is in the shop today for a driver's window motor ($150 just for the motor), disc brake wobbles (terrible rotors on these cars), and a heater that's not providing real heat, and its not a thermostat problem.

Should you keep the 93, just be prepared for these additional expenses.
2010 Explorer Limited Edition, tri color white, camel interior
    2003 TBird black/saddle
    1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL conv't turq/black
2004 Lincoln LS 8 Sport light tundra metallic/medium stone

      Re: my 93 tbird

DUMP IT! I had a 1995 olds cutlass covt before my 2002 T-bird, I loved that car, I put a new paint job on it(gun metal blue) 2000$ and a lot up keep the last year I drove it 1000$. I just put the paint job on it when then T-bird called me so I decided to keep it for a while and put all the miles to and from work. I never drove it again. It just sat there for 2 years untill my wife began to ask questions. like why do you insist on keeping it ..etc. So I decided to sell it 4 months ago, but that wasn't going to happen.. you see while it sat there, things had gone wrong with it. I drove the car once a month just to keep the engine up but other things had gone wrong, like the AC all leaked out, because the oil didn't get moved around in the system allowing the gaskets to dry out, also the blinkers quit working and the belts, tires and hoses dry roted. I had to spend another 600 dallars to get rid of it. So take It from Me. If you don't want to keep the 93 for the rest of your life get rid of it now. It will continue to cost you money
      DUMP IT!
