Well, let's see. When it's time to see the celestial service manager I am thinking that this is what will happen: I'll be with 23 Chinese, 19 Belgians, 4 Dutch, 17 Americans, 43 Eskimos, 58 Russians, 7 Argentinians, 31 Canadians, but we won't be admitted because we don't have a Thai... Didn't think I could sneak that in, did you?! The car, of course, will remain, but be in contention because the government is very picky about disposal of your remains.
Life without passion is no life at all.

With 4 grandson's and one daughter guess who gets the T-BIRD. She is actually the only one really interested. The boy's want trucks jeep's and that type. None too excited about a 2 seater.
The comment from jerrym3's proposed poll "can no longer drive safely" makes me think of a adaptation of the bumper sticker, "I will give up my Thunderbird when they pry my cold fingers from the steering wheel".
In response to jerrym3's suggested poll, "can no longer drive safely", I thought of an old bumper sticker about taking away their gun and I thought an appropriate response would be "When they pry my cold, dead fingers from the steering wheel", then they can do whatever they want.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has had to take the keys away from an aging parent.
Actually, my dad gave me his keys. I didn't have to take them. Kept losing his car and pulling into the wrong driveway.
Sad day.

....What ever will be, will be....don't care....I'll be gone!....unless I hang around in the ether for a while to see what happens....before I follow the bright light and cross over to the other side......
My wife and I have 3 daughters, and they all like our cars.
So its a good thing we have 3 cars, the 04 tbird, an 08 Shelby and a 64 Galaxie convertible.
We haven't specifeid who would get which car.
I guess they can just fight it out when we are gone.

Jerry,
I've had my 64 for about 10 years now. Don't know the exact mileage as I bought it at an auction.(drug dealer repo)
The speedometer cable was broken and it was stopped at 11,400.
It has a 390 and auto trans, regular 500 not the XL.
There are a couple of pics of the car in my gallery.
