Color of Exterior (without top)

Sorry to the original thread starter but i thought i would set it up to where people could select more than one choice if they owned more than one thunderbird. Please answer honestly so that an accurate count can be taken.

Okay, does this mean that some of you have cars that change colors when the top comes off? I guess mine is one of the cheaper ones, it stays the same color!! LOL

Hardtops are sometimes different then the main body and that is why we clarified that that was the color we were looking for.

I find it interesting that after 106 votes, a one-year fashion color still leads this poll. Either the owners of this color are more willing poll voters, or TVB truly is the most popular color here in the Nest.

My guess is that with only about 10% turnout that Black would be the leader, it was the most produced '02 color, not sure about '03 and the numbers are not yet in for '04. But I guess we will have to abide by the poll results.

Black may have been the highest produced color, but at TBN events, the Thunderbird Blue always makes the biggest showing.

I think that Vintage Mint Green and the Neiman Marcus Edition will have the lowest totals. I love the VMG! It is my second favorite color.

Just for grins I went to the registry as/of 1/2/2004 and had Excel count the colors:

and one listed as Neiman Marcus Thunderbird Blue. Can that be right? It's Canadian.

I would suspect that someone has added the Neiman marcus wheels to a Thunderbird blue car - the NMs weren't available for Canadians to order. They probaably just made an error when they entered their info.

It still amazes me that now after 161 votes, a one-year fashion color like Thunderbird Vintage Blue would lead the voting. TVB...still the most popular color here in the Nest.
