I KarylP like you would have to move up one bracket if the poll was done after August 28th. I believe it would be the same bracket for both of us. The sum of the first two numbers in the new bracket add up to 6.

Wouldn't matter to me, I fall right in the middle of the years. I just keep telling myself I'm not getting older I'm getting better, however, that doesn't seem to be working. Maybe it would help if others said it!

As I recall, Ford figured that the 41 and up groups were the target years. Looks like they only missed by 5 years. Someone must have forgot that quite a few of the baby boomers postponed having kids until their 30s and 40s. Which would put that 40-45 age group just starting to have teenagers at the time the 2002s came out - not the time to be having a midlife crisis. (though a few here didn't pay any attention to that)

Even the 55-57's first buyers were not in the young crowd. That didn't happen til "youngsters" were able to start picking them up at used car prices. You'll see it happen with these too as the prices come down because they're "used." It will be interesting to see when or if the demographics start changing so this would be an interesting poll to take in 5 years and then again in 10 years.

My prediction is that in about 10 years, the demographics will only lower into the mid 30's and up for owners. I'm going by the average age of the members that were in my classic T-bird club back in the 70s. The majority were in the mid to late 30s and the 3rd or 4th owner of the T-bird they owned.

I voted in the wrong age bracket! I voted in that "next" age bracket without closely reading the instructions. So there should be one more vote in the 46-50 bracket and one less in the 51-55. (Don't know how to change my vote)

I guess I had one of those "senior moments"
