Re: Are you ready for another round of badges and patches??

My guess is around 68 badges. I may be able to get by with an order of 75. Right now I need to determine the frequency on where to batch the badges. My initial plan was twice a year. With the last order in March, that would put the next order in September. I will evaluate this on a day to day basis and since it is new, we may act earlier.

I'll ask about the availability of a larger patch. About an order of 50 would be necessary.

we should do at least 100 badges if we can find the funding. i think the larger patch would be great for the backs of jackets and robes. may be more expensive but i think well worth it!

another thought how about when mounting the grill badge you put a small o ring over the shaft to prevent the emblem from sliding out? mine kept sliding and scratched a lot of the black paint off the badge.

          Tom,
That's a great idea. I'd go for some larger patches.

Please count me in for 1 if the second round of badges become available.

A small nut will work too.

As a reminder, if you want a grill badge and haven't voted your intention to purchase, then please do so. There are certain advantages to mass orders.

Jerry, Could you please post the prices? I did a search and could not find the price. I admit my ignorance at manipulating around on a computer, I am much better at stomping on my T-Bird accelerator.
Thank you in advance and you did a wonderful job on the grill badges!

Prices vary with the quantity ordered. Last time they were $32.50 via check and slightly higher if paypal was used. Patches were $5 each. Those prices include the shipping charge. Actual prices will be posted when the ordering begins.

BTW, some of the patches we ironed on Jerry's shirts DID come loose. Most didn't --Seemed to have something to do with the fabric. Higher the cotton content, less likely to come loose. And, lazy homemaker me, on the ones that came loose--we just ironed 'em back on!!!
