My bird is in storage all winter but I take it for short spins when weather permits (approximately 10 to 15 miles) on a average of once per month from November to April.

My Bird isn't afraid of snow, sleet or rain. It likes to play in the snow even though I don't. As long as you keep it clean the winter weather won't hurt it. It was bought for an everyday driver and will be used as that till Judge Judy retires next year. That's when I finally get to drive it.

I put mine in the garage and drive it only on nice days or when one of the other cars is being serviced. So far Traci has picked a Blizzard day to have her car serviced every time requiring me to drive the T-bird in the worst salt and snow twice last year!

Mine is on the road everyday. I bought the car to enjoy it and that is what I am doing.

Car will be used everyday, but we have very mild winters in the Bay Area. Once the winter rains start the hard top will go on and hopefully the mylar strips will do their job.

It's so sad to see the winter topics start up again. Of course, doesn't bother me, I live in Texas . Year around driving except during ice storms.

Mild winters here, hardtop goes on in Nov. and off in March. I bought mine to drive everyday and that's what I'm doing.

Being in Southern California, it's pretty much an all-year car -- except for a few rainy days in Dec-Feb.

Here in Az, the Bird is a year-round driver. In the summer time, the hardtop goes on, and in October, the top comes off and we have nice driving weather until the end of next June.

Life is rough out here in the cactus patch...

First salt that hits the road and she will be parked in the heated garage till Thunder fever in May. September here was beter then July and October has been nice so far. We can some times get into December before we need salt on the roads. I pull the insurance when it goes into storage so there is no nice day drives.
