Re: Super Bowl - Pick Your Winner

    Ray,
Its not so. If I go out in the snow or ice with the F1s then my arse will be in the trees and or ditch real quick. No way. It has only been in about three rain storms. Remember even when we have good weather here its not a daily driver.

I think what Dave is talking about it the commercial where the guy is in a red Mustang convertible is in a blizzard with the top down is subzero weather and a cop pulls up behind and goes investigate and finds him frozen in place. The punch line is " and that's why Ford will introduce the Mustang convertible in the Spring, nver the winter".

Yes, the Popsicle in the Mustang...cute the first time, chuckled the second..."oh, please!" the third time.
Too bad they DIDN'T have a followup for after the Mustang....'yeah, no convertibles until spring, but with the Thunderbird, you can have it YOUR way every season!"
Now that's what I want to see!

Re: Super Bowl - Pick Your Winner

Hey Phil, I was excited right up to the end. Like every other fan, I get upset at things that happen during a game but then I remind myself, that first, I'm not down there taking the heat, and second, its only a game. I thought that Aikman put it best when someone commented that Owens was telling McNabb to relax. "That's easy for a wide receiver to say because he's not the QB whose team is 10 points down in the 4th quarter and its on his shoulders to try and get back in the game." Didn't mean to ruffle your feathers about being a Monday morning QB. There's about 75 Million out there today.

Bob, no Eaglet feathers ruffled at all! Maybe McNabbisco and company got too relaxed and didn't realize time was running out on them. You know me, I'm not shy about putting my thoughts out there when it comes to NFL. I liked what McNabbisco said after the game, something like... We're holding our heads high, we had a great season, we have nothing to be ashamed of, got beat by a great football team.

McNabbisco is a class act, what the heck was Rush Limbaugh thinking???

He was thinking, he was just being Rush Limbaugh.

Forget the game. The best part of the whole night was the GoDaddy.com commercial. I liked it because I love really love big b...............bs.
