I thought I read that to mean Ford would give Glad a $1000.00 not the customer an additional $1000.00 off.. Hmmm I wonder if thats a " charitable corporate deduction " that they can take at tax time..maybe it should be a Charity of "the buyers choice", as long as it meets the federal requirement of a charitable organization... like "special olympics" and such.... just a thought... are you listening Henry...?

Funny thread, Kevin and I got some good laughs from it. I am certainly not one to preach ... "on with the show"!

I gotta say there is definitely something strange in the air this week. I just got into a spiff with a friend here at work that I've know for like seven years. Must be some sunspots or something flaring up...

Well, some of the other threads may have PMS, this one indeed may have a little BS, but as long as someone can laugh, or at least smile?!?!?!

Speaking of Mel Brooks as we were yesterday, I found it depressing today to hear that Anne Bancroft, his wife has passed on.

                              "Coo, Coo-Ca Choo...............Mrs. Robinson........."

My sympathies to Mel Brooks and their entire family.
