How have you been? It's been a long time since you've posted. I was thinking about you just the other day and wondering if you were still playing with diecasts. Have you had the guy in France make you any more customs? If so, please be sure to post them.
Love your NASCAR diorama. You have some of my favorites in there, especially #6 Mark Martin in the Valvoline Thunderbird. That #88 Dale Jarrett Thunderbird was the last Thunderbird to win a NASCAR race before they changed to the Taurus.
Great to hear from you.
21 years, 174K miles, 48 States X 2 & DC, 9 Canadian provinces, 8 European countries, 3 Caribbean Islands, 3 Hawaiian Islands, 100+ National Park locations, 150+ T-bird events, 190+ retrobird diecasts/models, 13 TOTM pics & some very special friends...THANKS TBN !
I am fine, thank you.
Yes, it's been a long time since I have posted anything. I always loved to add pics from my diecast models or dioramas or my 007 TBird to my posts.
Unfortunately my access to the external server had been revoked so that all the links are gone. You will not find any of my earlier pics or photos.
I will now just attach the files, like above.
And part of my museum space where I am building all these diorama landscapes are containers where the roof was rusted through after 30 years.
Everything was wet inside and moldy. It took me nearly one year to install a new roof onto the old containers and restore everything inside again.
Will post some more pics in the future again. Also from the custom Tbirds from that guy in France. Did not buy more of them. My wife says 1.400 diecast models
are enough. So I am now trying to sell everything that is still mint in the box.
Mainhard, sorry to hear about your troubles with the building. Glad you're back in business. I struggle a little with deciding what I should do with some of mine as well. So far, nothing, lol. Guess the kids can deal with them one of these days.
Will look forward to more great pictures from you.

Mainhard…so great to hear from you again on TBN. Karen and I think back often of your generous offer to meet us at the cruise port in Cologne several years ago, but then we had to cancel because Karen took that terrible fall on the cobblestones the day before in Koblenz. Stay well. Our best, Steve and Karen
Hi Steve,
Yes, this was really bad luck.
You and Karen were just 15 Minutes away from my little private museum.
And I understand that you did not want to leave her alone that day. Maybe next time !
Meanwhile I will publish some more pics of my several dioramas again.
Not sure which sub forum would make sense for this. (?)
