I came late to this thread but after reading your complaint, I felt compelled to acknowledge your engaging call to action. It left me thinking "how could anyone fail to "hop to it" and comply with your demands......but then I went on to read your two apologies, only then to wonder if I've ever experienced a greater display of genuine contrition. We could definitely use you on Capitol Hill when they begin the debate on entitlement reform. Hell anyone that can make wrong owners of a free site, where you have free access and demand that your needs be served, right now and by the highest standards: by those who are graciously providing you with these many and varied opportunities, could certainly help us get more free benefits, not only here but at the Federal and State level, as well. I especially like the part where you completely dismissed every one who "called you out" after your perfunctory apology. (I suppose I'll have to go look into the mirror if I actually post this response)
