Sharp chrome edges? I've noticed almost every Tbird of our series has that problem. Noticed it on my '05 as early as August of '06 when I bought the car.Originally posted by StevenM View PostMe too. I just dropped an email asking for parts availability (inside passenger door handle). I’ll update as to Rod’s reply.sigpic

I had a small area on the passenger handle with some flaking chrome. Wasn’t a big problem until my 8 year old grandson and his nervous energy started to pick at it on the way home from school. I didn’t notice what hapoended until we pulled in the driveway and then discovered he picked about half of the finish off. Oh well, if I can find a replacement (for the door handle...not the grandson) it would be great!Originally posted by EllisonCal View Post

I talked to him on the phone today. He is located in Kaufman TX. and said all these cars had around 15000 miles and had been setting since they were about 1 to 2 years old. He said they had originally been purchased for rebuild but it never got done. The man I talked to said the cars belonged to a friend. I was checking on some rear suspension parts and he gave me a real good price if the parts are still good after setting that long. I will be in that area around Christmas time visiting my daughter ( really the grand kids ). I will let every one know what I find out.
