2003 Black Seats with white accents?

Harry aka Mr. Quickdraw was nice enough to pull the build for the Tbird I'm trying to get shipped to it's new home from SC and it's listed as: 2003 Deluxe, torch red body, no hardtop, standard black interior, however the seats appear to have white inserts (in the middle where you normally have the color) and everything else in the interior is black. Did they ship any cars like this or was this a custom that someone did after delivery?

I found a car just like that in SC this year. It was 1FAHP60A23Y110389. Harry looked it up for me and it did not say anything about the white inserts that it had in the black seats?? Could this be the same car you are talking about?

Brad if it had the partial WW interior combo it would also have the white shift knob and steering wheel top. Without I'd say a custom redo..

Funny you should ask...it was picked up Saturday with delivery scheduled for Monday. Couldn't reach the driver so I called the dispatcher...truck problems on Christmas, thinks he's in an area without cell service....can't see him on GPS....but "thinks" he is near Indianapolis. If true is good news since my fear was that it was sitting in storage on the east coast waiting for the storm to pass.

Oh, and an update on the seats. Looks like the car had aftermarket seat heaters installed, I'm guessing the silver inserts were done when the skins were removed to install the heating elements.

Who picked up the car? I hope you have good luck with it. It will have to get used to the cold weather after being in SC for so long. Check the radiator fluid. Evan.

Bob my 2003 has the black seats with white insert area and the white top to the steering wheel and the white gear knob shiftier. The white insert on my seats was warn with cracks so I put a really nice $$$ set of authentic black sheep skin cover on it and I am really pleased.But I am on the lookout for a set of new seat covers that take it back to when the car was new..

Very good, I was afraid you did not need them once you saw the car in person.
