Happy Anniversary! The car turned out beautifully. Others have attempted this but your results are the best I’ve seen. These mods are usually not received well here so the praise is truly sincere. You have tied color and style together perfectly. Heck, you even tricked a retro owner.

which is it? I think its a retro refitted others appear to think it a 57 refitted and the way you explain it could be either. the front pic is the tell but who knows, also retro refitted seems more plausible.
      either way GREAT JOB!!!
      figured I needed something here

Thanks for all the Positive Comments. I love the retro bird .But in this case the wife wanted Her 57 To be a safe driving car; so now she has the car of her dreams.
I now have 2 t-birds. that's the reason I use otherbird for my name.
Thanks again (maybe I will put on the curb feels save the white walls)

Nice license plate too... I understand you didn't do this one but your business is rebuilding Mustangs, Tbirds and Shelbys or that is a sideline? This mod could have easily looked like a Frankenstein job but someone, you or the body shop that did it, really had an eye for blending and proportion...

i think it would have been a lot easier and a whole lot cheaper to change the brakes on a real '57 for your wife.

Agree with all the others best '57 type mod.

Confused though if it's your wife's present why did you include your younger daughter in the picture.
