Newman, I got the flyer for the all Ford picnic. I plan to go. My 007 won best in class there last year.

I'm usually not a fan of mods. Most of them are overblown, over-the-top and junky looking. On the other hand, your car is beautifully done, clean and simple. I like the blacked out trim, the wheels and the stance. Even the duct tape mirror stripes are tasteful. I'm not sure I'd have even thought of that.

Bravo. This is how it should be done.

All-Ford Picnic is not a TBN event but it's a great way to spend a Saturday. It's open to anyone with a Ford-powered vehicle.

This year it's scheduled Saturday, May 26th from 10:30am-3:00pm at the usual Sandy Lake Amusement Park in Dallas.

Usually a nice group of Thunderbird owners sitting together.

There's ALL KINDS of Fords: Birds, Mustangs, Cougars, antiques, hotrods, GT's, pickups, ice-cream trucks, Mercurys, Lincolns, Edsels, weird Ford vehicles I don't recognize...

We're lighter. We're faster. If that don't work, we're nastier.
              We're gonna make history.
