  • Are things looking up? or dreams getting bigger/?

Just saw an ad on Classic cars .com for an '02 like Spence's. I agree the thunderbird blue color adds some value and the " relatively" low miles 15+ K adds some value but $40,000-$1'.00 seems a little strong to me. We should all wish this guy the best of luck and maybe things are looking up.

For me I'd be happy to sell my P.C.R. for half that or less.

Own any collector car because you love it.
It's doubtful it will ever be a good investment short term or long term.
As to money in the bank unless your Scrooge that's no real fun or enjoyment.
          Just my humble opinion!

My 02 is Thunderbird Blue with black/blue interior and has 4688 actual miles on it. It is lust like new, was properly stored in a climate controlled warehouse and taken out once a year to run 300 miles then change oil/lube etc. I paid $25 K for it and really thought that too much but it was exactly what my wife wanted

For most of us it is not about the money. It's what we want and like, but many just sit in a garage waiting for something ??????????????? I hope for all of us these ads ( dreamers or not) say something good about the future of these cars, even the ones driven with many miles like mine.

Yep, that's the word that got me into my 02 Bluebird back in 2002 as well.
