  • "BIG TEASY the MOVIE" Latest News!

Many Big Teasy Attendees have been asking about the "THE Big Teasy Speak Easy Movie" and its expected release date. This will be an going thread to chronicle the creative and develomental process. Posts will be made periodically as news develops.

The Producer has reviewed the extensive footage captured at the Speak Easy Party. There are some great moments and great acting. There also are some moments of questionable acting and a great deal of "scene stealing and upstaging" by some actors that qualifies as pure "mugging" their way onto the screen.

On June 1 Bonnie and I will be at the airport to meet two flights that will bring our stelar edit team to New Orleans. One flight from Vienna brings the emotional and sometime violent Director Barron Von Stoneberg. The second flight from South Dakota will mark the arrival of Dr. Zolman Zimsky, UFO expert and author of "Aliens Are Real and Are Living Among US". I am sure my Blue Star team with have many "creative" conflicts and I hope to secretly document the chaos for a "special feature" on the DVD.

Another "special feature" on the DVD will be the awarding of the "TBN Big Teasy Movie Academy Awards" and perhaps "acting" tips for TBN actors who will need all the help they can get in order to land their next movie role.

This might be a good time to mention the hopes for a preview July 27th of "BIG TEASY the MOVIE" at the StateLine Drive-in Theater. The crowd size has been increased to over one hundred TBN members, with hundreds more invited.

Roger is it possible to post pictures of these two distinguished celebrities as I often get them confused. Understand that one would need to fly in from Vienna but the other one from South BY GOD DAKOTA!

Ron even if the initial showing is before the end of July I sure think it should be a candidate for the Stateline Cruise. Bet 1 out of 4 of us could keep awake for a double feature.

Roger, Bonnie, Mike, Evelyn, Director Barron Von Stoneberg, and Dr. Zolman Zimsky will be a tuff negotiating team to get the showing rights!

That is truly amazing Ron. Congrats and thanks to you, Liz and your team of helpers. See what you started Steve Nelson!

          Greetings!

The Baron and I met at the airport bar last Friday and have been busy at the studio ever since. Reviewing raw footage (I believe the Baron used the word sewerage) and turning it into another one of his great masterpiece works of film noir (I think he may have actually said he needed pinot noir) is not an easy task. Rob, the super star tech, said it generally takes one hour of editing work to create one minute of screen time...... Below is a photo of Rob and a couple of the studio lackeys we found to assist (somebody had to keep bringing fresh ice). The team was taking a quick refreshment break before continuing into the wee hours of the morning.

Keep an eye on the guy standing up. He looks suspicious.

The Baron and I would like to thank Issy for sending additional photos to Roger. Nice job!

Still time for others to do the same.

Editing is progressing. We are down to three hours of editing for every one minute of finished film. So far we have 5 miutes in the can. We projected a 45 minute production. Approximatly 50 hours to go. So far it appears to be smash hit!
