    Without looking at my own car and manual I'd say it's a fuel pressure sensor. If that is what it is the ECM uses this info to tell the fuel pump module (if it has one) how much fuel pump on off time or voltage variation for a certain fuel pressure output. That's a pure off the cuff response. This vehicle may have non of that.

            If that's what it is, I remember getting my egr valve replaced and the dealer told me that valve was leaking, so they replaced that to. I believe they damaged it when replacing my egr valve, they didn't charge for the labor.

                    Is this a contest or a test? If not how about a photo showing the part's placement in the car. Is the present photo taken looking down into the engine compartment or from under looking up? Is this in the center or on the driver's or passenger side?
