Yesterday at a large car show in West Fargo, I was parked in the Ford lot. The owner of a Yellow 02 came to talk to me. He's selling his 02 with 67K asking $15,900. He bought the car a year ago with 66k miles for $17,000. He also owns a 65 Mustang. I told him his price was fair..maybe a little high..

There are more black and red cars for a reason.... more people like them. Other than planned limited editions, I'm sure Ford would need happy make more of any color if they were ordered. Some things are rare for a reason .... buyers didn't want them at the time or dealers didn't want to take a chance on the color.21 years, 174K miles, 48 States X 2 & DC, 9 Canadian provinces, 8 European countries, 3 Caribbean Islands, 3 Hawaiian Islands, 100+ National Park locations, 150+ T-bird events, 190+ retrobird diecasts/models, 13 TOTM pics & some very special friends...THANKS TBN !

In the RAMDOM USLESS FACTS thread I think I broke down the number of colors ordered directly by the customer vs ordered by the dealer but it appears the data tables got scrambled with the new TBN software... May it can be corrected?Originally posted by 2K2BIRD View PostThere are more black and red cars for a reason.... more people like them. EDIT: Another table well worth correcting... looking back at that thread there was a lot of interesting data lost to reformatting. Like this one: http://www.thunderbirdnest.com/forum...829#post784829
