Well, I got a call from my service guy today and there are no parts available anywhere. The warranty company said they'd pay to have them pull the whole 'box' out and either try to fix it or send it out to be repaired. So it looks like it'll be a while longer for the bird to be done. If nothing comes of this, then the dealer general manager will be in the mix for another ride. I'm not holding my hopes out too far. I hate to say it but since this is the only major problem I've had with this car, I'll move on to a different model; maybe a mustang. Don't know. That is the reason for selling my parts stash. I really wanted to keep this one ….

Cheryl, I'm assuming this is in relation to the AC problem you had and the

elusive plenum unit which is the entire box with the blend door and actuator units

These kind of parts issues will be a problem for anyone still using this vehicle for daily transportation I suppose. Frustrating for sure.
